Rental Terms and Conditions
1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms of Rental (hereinafter: Terms) regulate the rental of fishing equipment between the Lessor and the Lessee.
1.2. The rented equipment may include a spinning rod, reel, fishing line, lures, and other necessary accessories (hereinafter: Equipment).
1.3. These Terms form an integral part of the agreement and become binding upon the Lessee at the moment of concluding the agreement or receiving the Equipment.
2. Rental Period
2.1. The rental period begins upon the transfer of the Equipment and ends at the agreed return time.
2.2. The Equipment must be returned at the agreed time and in proper condition.
2.3. In case of late return, the Lessor has the right to charge an additional fee according to the valid price list.
3. Use of Equipment
3.1. The Lessee undertakes to use the Equipment with due care and for its intended purpose.
3.2. The Equipment may not be sub-rented or transferred to third parties without the written consent of the Lessor.
4. Liability and Compensation for Damage
4.1. The Lessee is responsible for the Equipment from the moment of transfer until its return.
4.2. In case of damage, destruction, or loss of the Equipment, the Lessee agrees to compensate:

repair costs; or
-
replacement cost of the Equipment based on market value.
4.3. All damages and deficiencies shall be documented in writing in the rental agreement or transfer-acceptance report both upon transfer and return of the Equipment.
4.4. Normal wear and tear is not subject to compensation.
4.5. The Lessor is not liable for injuries or property damage suffered by the Lessee or third parties, except where caused by a hidden defect in the Equipment.
5. Security Deposit
5.1. The Lessor has the right to require a security deposit.
5.2. The deposit shall be returned after inspection of the Equipment, provided there is no damage or outstanding payments.
5.3. In case of damage, compensation shall be deducted from the deposit.
6. Termination and Cancellation
6.1. The Lessee has the right to cancel the rental agreement before the rental period begins in accordance with the conditions specified in the price list.
6.2. The Lessor has the right to terminate the agreement immediately if the Lessee materially violates the Terms.
7. Dispute Resolution
7.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
7.2. Disputes shall primarily be resolved through negotiations.
7.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be resolved in a competent court of Estonia.
