The proven reliable design of the Tonar Altay Long ice drill has become even more effective due to the increased length of the auger. The working rotation is left (counterclockwise). The upper handle of the ice drill is offset relative to the auger axis by 130 mm, and the lower one by 150 mm. This arrangement of the handles allows you to rotate the ice drill with both hands at the same time, thereby increasing the speed of drilling holes in the ice without much effort. The patented design of the lock does not give any backlash even with frequent use. The ice drill is equipped with a wing nut made of durable frost-resistant composite material with a steel core.
