With a powerful lifting action and a casting rating of up to 150g, the Catana makes best use of the High Modulus Full Carbon blank to deliver a beast of a rod for the toughest situations. Alternatively the Catana Static Bait TE GT can also be used in saltwater situations when lots of current is experienced.<br>The Catana Static Bait TE GT models are made from High Modulus Full Carbon blanks that deliver the necessary lifting and casting power to cope with large leads when using fish baits. Available in 6.50m and 7.50m models, the extra length of the Catana makes underarm and side casting easy and can be used to serious advantage when presenting baits close to cover where predators may be hiding. Strong Seaguide stainless steel guides ensure the rods can be used in saltwater and a custom Shimano plate reel seat can accommodate larger sizes of reels if required.
